Glass Container Manufacturing Introduction

Our factory adopts advanced automatic glass forming technology to produce high-quality glass containers for food, cosmetics and daily use.

As shown in the picture, molten glass at extremely high temperature is precisely transferred to the forming mold by mechanical hands. Under the precise control of automated equipment, the hot glass blank is pressed and blown into the designed shape. This integrated molding process guarantees consistent wall thickness, stable dimension and excellent surface finish of each glass jar.

The whole production line realizes continuous and intelligent operation. Strict temperature control is critical during forming, which directly determines the hardness, transparency and impact resistance of finished glass products. After shaping, glass containers will go through annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, preventing cracking in later use.

We carry out multi-round quality inspection after production. Defective items will be screened out to ensure all qualified glassware features high light transmittance, smooth edges and good sealing performance. Our glass products are non-toxic, odorless and recyclable, complying with international food contact standards.
